Privacy Policy

Account information you give us when you sign up: your name, email address and password. Your password is stored only as an encrypted credential — we can never read it.

Content you create with Reels247: video briefs, scripts, brand details, uploaded images and videos, and the finished videos and graphics you generate.

Billing information handled by our payment processor, such as your card's country and the last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.

Basic usage data such as which tools you use and when, so we can keep the service working and secure.

If you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads or LinkedIn), Reels247 stores the access token and account identifiers needed to publish videos you choose to post.

These tokens are stored privately, are never shown back to you or anyone else in the app, and are used only to publish on your behalf when you switch auto-upload on for a job or schedule a post.

We do not read your feeds, messages, follower data or anything else from these platforms beyond the account details shown in your connection settings.

You can disconnect an account at any time from the accounts page, or remove Reels247 from your Facebook settings under Settings → Apps and Websites.

To operate the service: generating, storing and publishing the videos you create, and keeping your account secure.

To communicate with you about your account, your jobs and important service updates.

To provide support when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your videos or brand content to advertise Reels247 without your permission.

Only the service providers needed to run Reels247: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and the AI and media services that generate and finish your videos.

These providers receive only what is needed to perform their function, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are legally allowed to.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open, so your videos and settings stay available to you.

If you ask us to delete your account or specific content, we delete it from our active systems within 30 days. Some backups may retain copies for a limited period before they are overwritten.

Social media access tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect the account or remove the Reels247 app from the platform.

You can view, correct or delete most of your information directly inside Reels247.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your account entirely, by emailing us at the address below.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and continuous security monitoring of our infrastructure.

No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the protection of your content and credentials as the first requirement of the service.

Reels247 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or through the app before the changes take effect.
